FAQs

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. If you are outside the European Union you may incur customs and import duties. These charges must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives. 

 

Do you gift-wrap? 

All purchases from ElleBelle Fit come in a beautiful gift-box and wrapping. A perfect gift for someone special or a gift from you-to-you (we love those gifts!).

 

For gifts, can I address the note to the recipient?

Yes, during the checkout of your purchase there is an option to 'Add Instructions/Comments'. Leave us a note here about who we should address the gift to.

 

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation directly to the email address you processed your order with.

 

When will I receive my order?

Check out our estimated delivery times here.  If you haven’t received your order in this time, drop us an email and we will follow it up for you.

 

What time will my parcel be delivered?

Our parcels are generally delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm.

 

What if I am not at home to sign for my parcel?

If you are not home to sign for your parcel, a note will be left by the post service to notify you they have attempted delivery. They will normally notify you where your parcel is being held so you can arrange to pick up your item. This will vary depending on your local delivery service.

 

An item is missing from my order.

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we are so sorry! Please email hello@ellebellefit.com and we will send you a free returns label to return the incorrect item and despatch the correct item (stock willing) for you on a next day service.
