All purchases from ElleBelle Fit are carefully packed in beautiful wrapping before we wish them Bon Voyage. A perfect gift for someone special or a gift from you-to-you (we love those gifts!). 

So you can have your new purchase in your hands as quickly as possible, we aim to ship within 48 hours of confirming your order.


Shipping Options

We use An Post to make sure our beautiful activewear pieces land in your hands quickly and safely. We love to send our activewear on a good holiday and ship anywhere in the world. 

Because we love a good shopper, shipping is FREE for all orders over 80 within the Republic of Ireland!

Change of mind

Want to return something because it’s not quite right or its not as you imagined?

We’re very happy to refund or exchange full-price items if:

  • you return them to us, with your receipt, within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  • the garments are in original condition –unworn and with tags still attached.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on leotards, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. No items which have make-up marks can be accepted for exchange or return. 

No refunds on sale items.

Faulty items

Oh no! If you receive a product that you deem faulty or damaged in any way, or it’s not as you ordered, we are so sorry! Say hello and let us know what the problem is. We’ll then work with you to return the garment free of charge and get a refund or replacement to you as soon as possible.


How to return your item

1.     Log into your account on our website (top right corner of our home page)

2.     View your order and select the option for 'Return Request'

3.     We will review your return request and if it is approved you are notified by email

4.     Parcel up the item you are returning  (You can keep the gift box we sent you!)

5.     Send all returns to 9 Fernhill Woods, Clonakilty, Co. Cork

6.     Retain proof of postage until we have confirmed the refund has been processed.

We recommend that you use a registered service as this will ensure that your order reaches us safely. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Any refund will  be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days, dependent on your bank/card issuer. We will notify you via email as soon as your parcel has been safely received. Once we have processed the exchange or refund, another email will be sent to advise that this has been completed. Please allow up to 14 days for our team to process your refund/exchange.
